On a crisp autumn morning, I came to the gate of Hangmin Dami Printing and Dyeing Factory and waited for the recruiter to lead me in to report. After a while, he came, let me fill out the registration form, go through a physical examination, and then took me into the boutique workshop. This is my second time at Delta, and the first time I just took a quick look. Entering the workshop, rows of neat and huge dye vats immediately come into view. There are some small carts parked in the aisle, which are full of fabrics we use to sew clothes, including white blanks, and yellow and green colorful. The workers Busy busy. Then I went to the personnel department to go through the entry procedures and officially went to work in the laboratory of the boutique workshop. After saying hello to everyone, I truly became a member here, and I was nervous and excited on the first day of work. The place where I work is a small laboratory, which is used for the dyeing and proofing of fabrics in the early stage. The small bottles placed on the machine are filled with dyes of each color, and there are several proofing machines nearby. My next job is to make samples here and start learning from the master. For me, all of this here is so novel and full of challenges. The master taught me and told me: Xiao Song, don't worry, take your time, these are basic operations, you just need to follow the steps, practice makes perfect...

Time flies so fast, after a few days, I didn't understand anything from the beginning, and now I can independently and completely make a sample from beginning to end, watching the pieces of white blanks from my hands turn into colors, I feel really good. I can't tell you how excited I am. I remember how happy I was when I successfully made a sample for the first time! Although I am not very proficient in the operation now, I am relatively slow, and there are still many things I don't understand, but I believe that through my own hard study and consultation with the master, I will eventually become a qualified proofer.

It has been two months since I entered the company for laboratory proofing work on September 8. In these two months, the change of identity has allowed me to learn a lot of practical experience that is different from theoretical knowledge, and based on this, I can do my work well. I have also grown a lot, gradually adapted to the rhythm of work, and can actively complete my work tasks. I also seek help from colleagues or leaders when I encounter things that I cannot or cannot handle myself. My colleagues are very friendly and patient. I am very grateful to everyone for their help and tolerance during the process. I am also studying hard and not wasting my colleagues' time to help me. In the past two months, I have been able to complete the work independently. Although it is not perfect, at least I have met the basic requirements of the work. After this, I will also improve my requirements for myself, and continue to learn from colleagues who are doing well, so that I can do my work better. In the past two months, I also learned about some of the company's systems and benefits, attended the company's safety training conference, and gradually became familiar with the company's environment. The corporate culture is rich, and the responsibility system is clear. Many of the company's concepts are worthy of praise!
